Natalie joined Bantle & Levy as an Associate in 2024.

Before law school, Natalie worked at two different plaintiff-side employment firms as a paralegal, assisting with discrimination, harassment, wage and hour, and False Claims Act cases. During law school, she interned at the New York Legal Assistance Group’s Federal Pro Se Clinic, the New York State Division of Human Rights, and the Labor Bureau of the Office of the New York State Attorney General. She was also a law clerk extern for Administrative Judge Cynthia McKnight of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in the summer of 2022. After graduating from NYU Law in 2023, Natalie served as a judicial law clerk for Associate Justice Rachel Wainer Apter of the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Natalie is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York City Bar Association, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the New York chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.

When not lawyering, Natalie enjoys reading fantasy books, baking desserts, and playing board games.
