- Prior to attending law school, I spent a year working in a UN refugee camp in Zambia on development projects.
- In my spare time, I like to go hiking with my husband and two little boys, jogging all over Brooklyn, and playing tennis.

Open Society Foundations Presidential Fellow in Law from 2014 to 2015. Interned with the Center for Reproductive Rights during the fall of 2013, Human Rights Watch during the summer of 2013, the United Nations Development Program Legal Support Office during the spring of 2013, and The Carter Center during the summer of 2012. While in law school, served in Columbia’s Human Rights Clinic and as a research assistant to Professor Michael Doyle. Joined Bantle & Levy LLP as an Associate in August 2015.
Ms. Buell is currently a member of the New York chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
